  Your resume must be dynamic Always prepare for your next position before being layed off. Here's the resume web site that demonstrates/explains the principals of dynamic resumes. http://www.kuzmich.com/Church/resumepage.html A dynamic resume is not the same as the traditional resumes of the past. Important that you upgrade your resume ASAP. Resumes usually get read in 8 seconds or less. The top 1/3 of the first resume page has to be perfect in page format. Nobody reads resumes in depth on the first review. Attached is a dynamic resume template that can help organize ones traditional resume significantly.
