- Remove 'character' based graphic outline from original.
- Organize and categorize skill specialties.
- Move Education to the end of resume.

Results:
- Graphic outlines or boxes, if used, should be built with 'Tables' not text characters.
- Now the beginning of the resume provides a reservoir of skills to draw upon for specific job requirements.
- We can now be selective to respond to specific job position requirements.
- Education at the end of resume, usually the least important information.
