Action:

• Add 3 to 5 line PROFILE of capabilities to sell the candidate, usually tailored to each job application
• This might alternatively be headed SKILLS and ABILITIES or SUMMARY
• Reduce skill topics to specific job focus
• Remove dates due to the gap in employment history
• Concentrate on applicable skills to prospective job
