Course Title 1: TI:ME 2A Notation Alternative: Power-User Synthesis: Scanning to Notation to Customized Creativity & Beyond (The Ultimate Experience in Technology). ($600 honorarium and $135 for 3 graduate level credits which is the equivalent of 2 gradudate-level semesters)

Dates: June 22-26 (5 days), 8:00am - 4:00pm (special $600 honorarium and $135 for 3 graduate-level credits which is the equivalent of 2 graduate-level semester credits)

Course Title 2: TI:ME 1A Alternative Music Technology: Electronic Instruments, MIDI Sequencing

Dates June 29-July 3 ( 5 days), 8:00am - 4:00pm  (Special $400 honorarium and $135 for 3 graduate level credits which is the equivalent of 2 gradudate-level semesters)

Course Title 3: TI:ME 1A Alternative Music Technology: Electronic Instruments, MIDI Sequencing

Dates: July 3-7 ( 5 days), 8:00am - 4:00pm  (Special $400 honorarium and $135 for 3 graduate level credits which is the equivalent of 2 gradudate-level semesters)

Course Title 4: TI:ME 1A Music Technology: Electronic Instruments, MIDI Sequencing

Dates: July 13-17 ( 5 days), 8:00am - 4:00pm  ($600 honorarium and $135 for 3 graduate level credits which is the equivalent of 2 gradudate-level semesters)

Course Title 5: TI:ME 1B Basic Skills: Software, Communications & Digital Media

Dates: July 20-24 (5 days), 8:00am - 4:00pm ($600 honorarium and $135 for 3 graduate level credits which is the equivalent of 2 gradudate-level semesters)

Course Title 6: TI:ME 2B Interactive Internet Authoring

Dates: July 27-31 (5 days), 8:00am - 4:00pm  ($600 honorarium and $135 for 3 graduate level credits which is the equivalent of 2 gradudate-level semesters)

Course Title 7: TI:ME 2C Integrating Technology into the Music Curriculum

Dates: August 3-7 (5 days) 8:00am - 4:00pm ($600 honorarium and $135 for 3 graduate level credits which is the equivalent of 2 gradudate-level semesters)

Pre-Registration First Step Instructions!

• Fees for college credit and instructor's honorarium are posted at: http://www.kuzmich.com/fee.html which will require two checks: 1) college credit and 2) instructor's honroarium for final registration.
  
  
• There are 20 virtual seats available on a first-come first-basis for each workshop. So early registeration is recommended to insure enrollment with a $150 registration deposit.
  
  
• Pre-Registration Deadline for submitting the application registration form following these instruction is three weeks before the first day of each workshop which will also include a $150 registration deposit. For cancellation within less than a three-week window for each workshop, there is no refund of the $150 registration deposit.
  
  

• Final Registration Second Step Instructions!
  

• Final payment is due within three weeks before the first day of each workshoop: two separate check are required for
  
  
  1. $350 deposit made out to "Kuzmich Consultants" and
  2. $135 for three quarter graduate-level credits from and payable to "Seattle Pacific University"

3. Also include a self-addressed #10 envelope with first class postage so if any rebate payments for enrollments beyond 5 enrollees can be returned to you promptly after completion of the workshop.
   
   
4. Note: workshop cancellations received 21 days or before prior to each workshop will have their original $150 check returned to the sender uncashed.
