    Daily Typing warmups: 10 minutes: http://www.sense-lang.org/typing. On Friday, you will take typing tests 2B and 2C in All The Right Type keyboarding application.

    Monday Through Friday:

    Learning Objective: students will design five different business logos for your business plus finalize your business plan with more in-depth information in both Microsoft Word and in Web application discussed below. A total of six business logs will be produced for 100 points each. 150 points each if customized with original art work from the Internet. Must be printed out for credit.

    This Week's Assignments

    1. Make five logos for a total of 500 points: see instructions in paragraph below.
    2. Make five business cards in Microsoft Publisher for 500 points in the publications in print section.
    3. Extra-credit by makeing 1 to 5 business cards in Microsoft Word at 200 points per card. Short cut is available by using the on-line templates at http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/CT101527321033.aspx?Origin=EC010227121033&CTT=2&av=ZWD

    Logo paragraph: Here are five URL's below that will allow you to design and print out your first logos. The last one is a real winner for a professional-looking coporate-looking logo with graphics.

    Final Weekly Assignment: use either Microsoft Word or Microsoft Publisher to produce a quality business card with business logo and all company info such as Company name, phone #, e-mail address, address and potential web site name if known. Assignment is worth 100 points. In Microsoft Word, go to Tools pull-down menu and go to Envelopes and Labels and you copy logo into a label format and print out 10 real business cards using special business label stock of 2.5" X 3.".
