Description: we will now concentrate on word processing as the next instructional segment of the Exploratory 7th Grade Computer Class. Be aware of the number of assignments and the specific skills that need to be mastered and completed as part of your grade. You are responsible for all assignments. Individual handouts are available for each assignment. All completed assignments need to be kept in your class notebook after they are graded. There will be a notebook check every other week in which you will receive a grade. Note: daily 10-minute typing sponge activities will continue until you can consistently tape at a words per minute rate greater than you can handwrite and with 95% accuracy. Good luck in meeting these expectations. Fridays will be set up for all typing tests with additional options of making up incomplete assignments, extra-credit work and computer games.
