Dear Carmody Middle School Elective 7th Grade Parents and Students:

  1. Dr. Data is still alive and well.  Still having difficulty receiving the daily class assignments and tests brought to my residence for my inputting to the Carmody Portal at: https://campus.jeffco.k12.co.us/campus/portal/jeffco_IC.jsp.  But the latest grades are now posted on the Carmody Parent Portal covering everything through Friday, May 4, 2007.

  2. Caution your child, if they don't save their daily assignments on their school server folder, missing assignments can't be granted credit.

  3. Beware, there are many missing grades and consequently the 3rd grading period grades are on the low side.

  4. Progress reports are coming the week that Dr. Data returns to school the week of May 14th.  So students do have a week to resubmit everything missing to obtain the grade of their choice!! Take advantage of doing the assignments at home whenever student don't finish them in class. See below for more details.

  5. Don't hesitate to have your child makeup missing assignments at home24/7 with the Internet . The curriculum assignments can be accessed, printed and done at home if you have access to a computer with the Internet by going to:

    Hope the Carmody Portal is indeed helpful in keeping students on task for there are some students who are submitting their daily assignments on time and some who have not at all. I will continue to be updating the Carmody Portal as soon as I receive the class assignments on a daily basis this coming week.
